Foster Application

Becoming a foster means you'll take in a dog for a temporary period until we can find that dog a home. You'll be responsible for keeping the dog happy and healthy, and we'll be responsible for costs of food and veterinary care and finding his/her forever home! I understand that fostering an animal on behalf of Dogs Adoption Network or any entity they work with means that I will be responsible for the safety, health, and happiness of the animal.
I understand that if I foster an animal on behalf of an entity OTHER than Dogs Adoption Network, I will be responsible for all costs associated with food, veterinary care, and other needs of the animal. If I foster a Dogs Adoption Network dog, food and vetting costs will be covered for me.
I understand that I am not responsible for adopting out any animal I foster. If I come across an individual or family whom I feel would be a great adopter, I will allow Dogs Adoption Network to handle any adoption agreements, application, and payment, and I will not facilitate any adoption on my own.
I acknowledge falsification of the above can result in me being denied as a foster.
