This form is for owners or directors of Texas Rising Star Certified early learning programs in Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, or McLennan County who wish to recommend an employee working in an infant, toddler, or preschool program for the Early Education Apprenticeship. Your program must be in good standing with state Child Care Regulation (CCR). A director’s recommendation is required for the applicant to be considered eligible for selection.
