Photoshoot Session Booking Form

Each participant will have 3-5 minutes (up to photographer) to step in front of lights and a camera. The Photographer will select and individually edit three to five shots to have uploaded please come camera ready.

This form is intended to engage the community for interest. By providing your contact informatrion and completing a couple quiestions TMD Enterprises will analize the results to consider hosting a day for the community to update or take for the first time a professional standup headshot.

We are considering doing a day for each Ward. We will rent a location within the Ward to host the shoot. Please complete the following few questions we plan to engage interest for a few weeks and then email everyone with details.

We'd like to ask the community if they would be interesting in sponsoring a neighbor who may not be able to afford the opportrunity. TMD Enterprises will reduce the cost for these individuals and allow the community to sponor individuals at that reduced rate. When possible we will see those being soonsored comes from the sponsored ward first before offering outside of the ward.
