How Things Work.
1. We have up to 60 business days from the time you make your payment to fulfil your appointment order.
2. If Clean Things Solutions (CTS) exceeds the 60 business days you will be issued a refund for any outstanding appointments (Example: IF you order 10 appointments but CTS only delivers on 6 of them within 60 days then you will be issued a refund for 4 appointments) Or you can opt to have CTS continue until your entire order has been fulfilled.
3. CTS will not refund you for missed appointments. Once CTS schedules an appointment it is your responsibly to make it to the appointment.
4.CTS will only issue refunds if we're unable to fill your order.
5.The appointments provided to you are provided to you alone. We do not repackage and or resale appointments.
6. The Point of Contact (POC) Will be expecting you or a representative to provide them with a quote. This is not a guarantee that you will be provided with a contract.
7. We will do our best to set you an appointment in one of your Top 5 cities/ areas however the appointment set may be up to a 10mile radius surrounding one or more of those cities.
8. CTS will not be held responsible for you missing your appointment. To avoid missing our confirmation email please keep an eye on your spam folder from an email coming from admin@cleanthingssolutions.com.
