Members 16 & U/16yrs must undergo a 1:1 Assessment with one of our TSD staff members, you will be asked to go through a series of gym expectations, staff will demonstrate your ability to use the equipment safely in the main gym area and answer general questions about gym etiquette. You will be responsible for setting up the machines.

Please be aware that the power room is a hazard for juniors, if you do not know the correct technique, injuries can occur, so we ask junior members to please stay out of this room unless you are with an adult or a coach.
The outcome of this assessment, paired with your online assessment, will be used to determine your suitability for 24/7 access to The Strength Den, Burnie. You can request a copy of this completed assessment be emailed to you.
