    Below you will find the list of the 6 types of vendor service categories we are accepting. Please choose the category that best represents the type of service you will provide.  *Est. # of guests attending: 600+
  • Supporting our Villages

    We intend to showcase and highlight our building relationship with the community through visual marketing techniques. Your brand is your identity, and we respect the integrity of your worth. With your approval, we would like to be permitted the following:
  • Option to upload logo. 3max. If you experience technical difficulties, you are welcome to email them to contact@islandgrad.org Returning vendors from the previous year do not have to upload your logo.

  • Applications Priority:

    1. All vendor applications must be returned by Monday, April 28th, 2026. 

    2. All Applications must be accompanied with your: 

    • Payment 
    • If you are a new vendor, please upload your logo. Returning vendors from previous years are not required to do so.

    Electricity

    Access to electricity is limited. Please bring your own extension cord, cable ramp. Please email us ahead of time for inquiries about power sources.

    2. 1 Rectangle Table (8') 

    3. Two chairs 

    4. Free Parking (info provided in packet)

    Bring (recommendations)

    2. Extras:

    • May bring extra chairs for your team
    • Retail and Food: You may bring two of your own tables to form a "U" for your items.

    2. Water/water bottles and cooler for you and your team (please stay hydrated) 

    3. Extension chord (if needed) 

    4. Pop up tent (optional) 

    5. Marketing and promotional signage

    6. 1 item to donate and gift to a registered Grad (refer to packet)

  • Hold Harmless Agreement 

    Please read and sign.  


    1.Business Name:  (hereafter “Vendor”) is requesting permission to use space at the SBVC and Island Grad Inc. event during designated setup, sales, and teardown hours. Vendor operates independently and is not an officer, employee, or agent of Island Grad Inc

    2.Indemnification:
    Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Island Grad Inc., SBVC, and their officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses—including those arising from negligence—related to Vendor’s use of the facilities, participation in the event, or actions of Vendor, representatives, or invitees. This includes injury, death, or property damage. Island Grad Inc. assumes no responsibility for legal defense costs, settlements, or judgments.

    3.Event Conditions:
    The event is “Rain or Shine.” Vendor fees are non-refundable. No product exclusivity is guaranteed unless approved in writing. Vendor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with all laws and regulations.

    4. Intellectual Property:
    All artwork and logos created for Island Grad Inc. remain its property and may not be reproduced without permission.
     
    5.Property Use and Damage:
    Vendor must leave the venue clean and orderly. No alterations or attachments to buildings or fixtures are allowed without written approval from SBVC and Island Grad Inc. Vendor is responsible for any damage caused by Vendor, guests, or attendees. Approved alterations must be restored to original condition, and all damages must be repaired. Disputes over repair costs will be resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, with legal fees awarded to the prevailing party.

     6.Application Acknowledgment:
    I confirm that I have read and understand the application and all materials. I understand that incomplete applications may delay processing and that approval is subject to review and acceptance by Island Grad Inc.
     
    7.Agreement to Terms:
    By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand the application, all accompanying materials, and the release of liability, and agree to follow all stated rules and regulations.

    8.Refunds and Cancellations:
    No refunds after April 1, 2026. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by May 2, 2026, and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Returned checks incur a $50 service charge.

    Your "pre-paid service fee" (donation) supports our scholarship fund and ceremony. No percentage of your earnings during the 3-hour event will be asked to be collected.
