To ensure a safe and sound staycation in Anahaw Garden Resort, we advise all guests to follow and observe below resort and pool regulations:
RESERVATIONS
1. Failure to send your deposit IMMEDIATELY may forfeit your reservation.
2. For no-show and late cancellations done within 48 hour prior event date, deposit shall be forfeited.
3. An incidental deposit of Php 3,000 is required upon check-in, refundable upon check-out. Damages shall be charged accordingly.
SWIMMING POOL
1. All guests should be taking their shower, with soap, preferably germicidal soap, before dipping in the pool.
2. Guests should be wearing proper swimming attire: swim suits, swim trunks, board shorts, rash guard, and
wetsuits. Clothes made of cotton and wool are strictly prohibited.
3. Spitting or spouting of water, blowing the nose, or any other unhygienic activities in the swimming pool is
strictly prohibited.
4. Please use the rest rooms should you wish to urinate.
5. Please do observe proper decorum. No running and horse-playing at the pool area.
6. No diving, no pushing, no boisterous or rough play.
7. No person may take food and drinks inside the pool enclosure.
8. Pets are allowed inside the property, except in the swimming pool.
9. All children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult supervisor or guardian.
RESORT PREMISES
1. Check-in time is 9AM (day-use) and 7PM (overnight), while check-out time is 5PM (day-use, 22 hours), 6AM (overnight), and 7AM (22 hours, nighttime).
2. Full payment of the total payable amount stipulated in the Reservation Voucher should be settled during
your check-in.
3. A valid ID of group’s representative and an incidental cash deposit of Php 3,000.00 is required upon checkin. Deposit may be refunded in full upon check-out. For cases of breakages, damages, and losses, the property
has the right to deduct the total amount from the deposit and collect additional cash for the remainder.
4. Please observe maximum occupancy approved by the management and based on the package or rates. Additional person shall be charged Php 300/person.
5. Smoking inside the guest rooms, kitchen, recreational room, and comfort rooms is prohibited.
6. Use of Videoke machine is until 8:00 PM only, following the Barangay Ordinance. By this time, please minimize loud and unruly conversations.
7. These items are not allowed inside the resort: prohibited drugs, loud speakers, rice cooker, air fryer, and
other heavy voltage equipment. Additional charges may apply.
8. Alcoholic beverages should be consumed responsibly.
9. Keep your high-valued belongings safe and locked inside the guest rooms. Better yet, avoid bringing these
items inside the resort.
10. All on-the-day-add-ons/recreational activities are on cash-basis only. Pay first before playing
