Waiver: I verify that the dog(s) attending is/are up to date on all vaccinations. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth at the event. I understand and agree to be fully responsible for the actions of said dog(s) and any and all dogs that I bring to the event. I agree to hold harmless the USABC, all officers and members, and any associated property and landowners or organization sponsoring the event for loss or injury to myself or anyone/anything caused by the actions of my dog(s), either directly or indirectly. I agree to assume all responsibility and/or liability from any claim arising from any conduct associated with my dog. All dogs must be leashed unless actively training or competing. I also grant permission for the USABC to use photos and video footage from this event for future use.
