    You must submit this form no later than the Friday before your appearance date. Submitting this form requests permission to appear remotely for your traffic arraignment. If your case is eligible for a remote appearance and your request is approved, your case will be added to the traffic arraignment calendar for that date. If you do not submit the form as directed, your case will not be added to the calendar.

However, if your citation has still not been entered into our system at that time, you may be asked to submit your request again later.
