Eligibility:

• Employer must be a member in good standing with the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce.
• Must be under 40 years of age as of June 1, 2023.
• Must have been in the community for a minimum of three years.

Selection Criteria:

• Be well-respected and in good standing within the community.
• Serve as a role model for other young professionals.
• Nominee has demonstrated the highest level of service, professionalism, and competence in their place of work.
• Demonstrate noteworthy professional and personal achievement.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellence and proven leadership.
• Exhibit expertise, passion and the ability to inspire others.
