Abigail will complete a full evaluation and bodywork session. This includes: a skeletal evaluation, muscular symmetry evaluation, massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, trigger point and red light therapy as needed. Other modalities are offered and may be suggested during a session based on your horses' needs for an additional fee. 25 mile travel radius included. Distances outside the radius may incur additional fees unless multiple horses are booked or I am already heading to your area. Please inquire at time of booking, as I travel to many areas.
PEMF & bodywork share similar benefits, but also have differing positive qualities that separate them from one another. Combining them together gives you the best of both worlds. When choosing a combo, bodywork will be completed first and then PEMF will be used on areas of soreness found during the session.

Depending on the way the tape is applied, Kinesiology taping can provide an array of benefits. Kinesiology tape can be left on for an extended period of time and can be used during competition (depending on the association and your preferences). The beauty of kinesiology tape is that it can continue the benefits of a session long after I have left the premises. The tape is applied to the horse's hair, which originates in the second layer of skin. This lifts the skin and allows for increased blood flow, circulation, lymphatic flow, and takes pressure off of pain receptors. Depending on the situation and reason for use, the laser can be adjusted for continuous or pulsing light and the time varies depending on the application use. Many, many studies have been done to determine what length of time and intensity is necessary for certain conditions/situations. I like to use my class 3 cold laser interchangeably with my red light pads depending on the situation. Lasers are coherent and send a more direct and organized light, have a longer wavelength, and can penetrate the tissue deeper. The red light pads are non-coherent and work best with superficial ailments. Prices start at $15.
Red light does not deliver enough power to damage tissue, but the body can absorb it at a cellular level.
