• Membership Application

    I hereby make application to Winnapaug Country Club, LLC (The Club) to become a Seasonal Club Member for the 2025 Golf Season and agree to abide by the Rules of The Club as they may be amended as the ownership deems necessary. I understand that I am assuming the liability for the payment of all applicable membership dues/ charges incurred by me, my family, and my guests in the use of The Club. Please note: All applications shall be reviewed by Winnapaug Country Club, LLC and prospective members will be notified of their acceptance.  In the event the applicant is not approved for membership, any deposits (if applicable) submitted with this application shall be promptly refunded, without interest.

              • Single 7 Day, Family 7 Day, and Junior Memberships

                • Preferred tee times will be available for booking by a member, during the Golf Season
                • Tee times must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of the time booked. Failure to cancel a tee time or to not show up for a tee time will result in the member being charged the public rate for the number of tee times booked
                • There will be certain days and/or times when Tournaments take priority over Member preferred times
                • There will be certain days/times when Golf Carts will be mandatory for Members to take to maintain pace of play
                • All Memberships are provided 10 Complimentary Golf Carts as part of the membership
                • All players must check-in to the Pro-Shop prior to entering the Golf Course





              • Single Weekday and Family Weekday

                • I acknowledge that the term of this agreement shall commence on the date of approval of my application through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, weather permitting
                • I agree to be responsible for payment of all dues, fees and charges for food, beverages, merchandise, and services incurred by myself, my family members and my guests. Any items not paid for in cash will be charged to my credit card
                • I agree that I am required to keep an active credit card on file with The Club and will promptly update this information with The Club when this information has changed. Seasonal Membership privileges may be suspended until valid credit card information has been provided
