  • Red Leaf Event Trailer is able to offer all food and drinks in season at the brick and mortar stores including toasted breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and espresso drinks.

    The event trailer is self contained and has a generator to run all equipment inside. It is helpful to have a potable water source close by for events over 5 hours. No external power is needed for the trailer to operate.

  • Please Note:

    Clients must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. If, for any reason, Red Leaf is unable to park at the event, all monies (deposit and set-up fee) in full, will be retained by Red Leaf Organic Coffee.

    No Red Leaf Gift Cards can be used for purchases.

    Red Leaf will work with you to focus your menu: hot coffee drinks, non-coffee drinks (smoothies, lemonades, hot chocolate), blended drinks, protein shakes or smoothies combination) and 3 - 5 pastries from our bakery.

  • *If for any reason Red Leaf needs to cancel due to unforeseen sickness, automotive trouble or any other reason, we will do our best to provide our guests with drinks or treats to the best of our ability for the event. We hope this will never happen, but we want to be aware that these things can happen.
