THIS IS NOT YOUR NORMAL SUMMIT!!

You are invited to join us for the Small Business Virtual Extravaganza (SBVE). The SBVE will take place in a unique platform called Airmeet. You don't want to miss being included in this event! Grab your virtual exhibitor booth now! Limited to 1 representative per brand/company (ex. 1 State Farm, 1 Young Living rep etc) If you want to learn more about setting up your booth go here.

You do not need to be in your "booth" unless you want to do a LIVE DEMO/or workshop* inside your booth (no additional fee). Your booth will be available for the entire time of the event. You are free to attend the sessions, visit the networking lounge throughout the day, attend speed networking events or go live from your "booth" anytime you want! WE WILL OFFER a block of time where all exhibitors can be in your booth all at the same time so that attendees can move around and visit in one chunk of time. But it's not mandatory and you can be in your booth more time and go live as often as you like! *it sends a link to the event newsfeed when you go live! Super fun! And multiple people can "man" your booth so you don't have to be present the entire time!

Date of Event: Friday April 28th 2023 from 9am - 6pm EST & Saturday April 29th, 2023 from 9am to 2pm

Thursday, April 28th, 2023 (optional exclusive Meet & Greet Networking event for Exhibitors, Speakers and Premier VIP Pass holders) 6:00pm to 8pm EST. This will be held in Airmeet Free Flow Networking Room!!!! We open the event at 6pm EST for all!

Mandatory Training/Demo/Walk-Through Meeting - TBD in April

We will be able to provide you metrics of your booth activity after the event has ended upon request.

This event is VERY different as it's NOT on ZOOM.,

It's a highly interactive event. Attendees will have experiences on Airmeet that they can not get in any other virtual platform!

Once you sign-up and are accepted you will receive an email from Airmeet with the link to set up your booth. You can customize it with links, videos, and images. There are easy to follow videos to help you and Airmeet has awesome customer service if you get stuck!

Standard Virtual Exhibitor Booth$125.00

Get a customizable exhibitor booth (brand it to you) with the ability to live chat, & livestream a workshop or presentation anytime + chat at a table in real time on camera inside your booth with multiple people! 50% commission paid to YOU on all upsells from SBVE from your outreach sharing efforts. You can earn back your booth fees and more!

VIP Featured Virtual Booth$175.00

Get Everything in Standard. PLUS booth located at the top of the page + we will conduct a Pre-event Interview live streamed on Social Media leading up to event to over 10 accounts at once + you get all the recordings of the sessions. 50% paid to YOU commission on all upsells from SBVE from your outreach sharing efforts. You can earn back your booth fees and more!
