Virtual Speaker Application

We so excited to announce that as a Speaker at our event, you will receive a Vacation Certificate as a thank you from MBX!

You are invited to speak on the virtual stage of the Small Business Virtual Extravaganza (SBVE). The SBVE will take place in a unique platform called Airmeet. It is VERY interactive yet simple to use. To learn more about how speakers work in Airmeet go here.

We are accepting Presentations/Workshops for Business related topics that would appeal to small business owners, entrepreneurs, solorpreneurs, sales professional or direct sales representatives.

Your live presentation should be 20-30 minutes followed by LIVE Q&A (Max 45 minutes in all). You may share your screen during presentation. You may make an offer (free or paid) at the end in the last 2 minutes of your presentation. (You may pre-record your presentation BUT there will be no LIVE Q & A if you pre-record)  

==>> Date of Event: Friday April 28 & 29th, 2023 from 9am - 6pm EST & Saturday April 15th 9am to 2pm EST

==>> Thursday, April 27, 2022 6:00pm to 7pm EST. Exclusive Meet & Greet networking event for exhbitors, speakers and VIP Ticket Holders (MARK YOUR CALENDAR. This is where the magic happens!) 

==>> There will be Tech Test/Walk-Through Meeting - April TDB.  Link will be sent later. 

We prefer this event to be 100% LIVE (let me know if you need to pre-record). All presentations will be automatically recorded and become available for the attendees to view for FREE on replay right inside the schedule until Sat. April 29that 9pm EST. 

==>> You will be able to choose your session time on first come, first serve after your application has been accepted. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule and time-zone! 

Event is FREE for attendees but we will have 2 upsells. 

1. Upsell #1 - Recordings of all Presentations - recording and podcast of all presentations $27 at time of registration / $47 up until event starts / $77 during the event / $97 after event ends
2. Upsell #2 - VIP Attendee - Invited to the Exclusive Meet & Greet Networking Event on Thursday wth Exhibitors and Speakers + a 6 Month Virtual MBX Membership (Valued at $257) + over $2000 in bonuses from speakers and sponsors for just $197 up to event starts/not available after event starts. 

NEW THIS SEASON:  We will be offer a Gift Giveway ALONG with this event.

• All Speaker Offers will be included on a dedicated landing page that will be given out during ALL talks for attendees to get YOUR gift + all speaker gifts. We won't be promoting YOUR exact link separetely but the Gift Giveaway Link so that attendees can pick up all gifts even if they can't attend your session. This is a WIN/WIN for all. Plus, we will send the link out AFTER the event to all that are registered that may not have attended LIVE for even more opportunity for you to get NEW LEADS.

You can also donate a higher level gift for the VIP Attendee Ticket Offer. This can be something you already have created that you sell (min. $97 value), that we can give away in the VIP Upsell. If you donate a VIP Bonus Gift, you will receive a copy of all presentations replays as my gift and thank you for your donation! The more value the BONUS package the more people will upgrade to it!

About the host:

Blaney Teal has hosted 100s of events in person and virtual over the years. She is the founder of MBX | Making Business Connection a networking organziation that is expanding globally.

Speaker Deposit is $150 and is refundable* as described below:

*You will receive $5 back (refund) for each unqiue registration with your link up to the amount of deposit paid. (if you don't use the SBVE referral link linked to you, we can not track registrations and thus your deposit will be non-refundable). 

Plus: Earn Commission

You will receive a % of the SBVE Upsells (Recordings & VIP Tickets) as follows:

• 50% on sales 0 - 10
• 75% on sales 11-25
• 90% on sales 26+ 

Whatever your FINAL upsales count is...is what your % will be. So, if you have 30 sales, you get 90% on all 30!!!  If you have 20 sales, you get 75% of all sales! 

MAKING AN OFFER AT THE END?

Offer at end can be a free or paid offer. We recommend free but, if you are making a paid offer at end of your presentation, you must make MBX an affiliate for the offer or be able to track sales from the presentation with a coupon code. Remember, your presentations is recorded along with your offer so make sure it is good for at least 90 days from the event. Attendees purchase the recordings and will watch them and will see your offer.  Thank you for your understanding! As a part of this event, we offer customizable virtual exhibitor booths that are open the entire time for attendees to visit. You can showcase an offer, have links to your website etc and even chat with the attendees live whenever you want. Or just set it up and let it run on autopilot. 

Speakers are NOT required to have a exhibitor booth but it is encouraged as a way to interact and market your business - Booths start at just $50 and are separate from the speaker deposit fee. 

The system lets the attendees know who is LIVE in their booth at any given time!
