For FULL 15-Day Coverage, issues or concerns MUST be communicated to us via email within the first 7 days of delivery.

These issues may include:

Signs of illness or disease
Abnormal behavior days after arrival
Loss of appetite
Visible injuries or physical deterioration

If an inexplicable loss occurs beyond 7 days of delivery and no issues are communicated to us during that first week, your claim will be denied.

We are continuing to offer the longest Livestock Guarantee online, but sadly abuse of this policy has led to this new requirement. We are happy to continue offering 15 days of coverage to customers who properly care for their livestock and communicate any issues to us in a timely manner.

Attach a CLEAR photo of the deceased item, OUTSIDE of water on a white paper towel. Please write your Order Number and Date on the paper towel...this is a REQUIREMENT. Your claim will be INVALID if these instructions are not followed.*

If you lost multiple specimens of the same species (i.e. 5 Green Chromis), it is important to preserve ALL deceased bodies. In order to receive credit for multiple specimens, we require ALL deceased specimens to be in the same picture. We cannot process your claim if the date and order number are not hand-written on the paper towel.

Please provide a CURRENT photo or brief video of your tank, to validate that it is well-maintained.*

We will get back to you shortly, either with credit emailed to you, or a request for additional information. Being detailed in your claim submissions WILL allow for faster claim processing.

Guarantee Claims will get reviewed processed by Friday of every week.

This is done in conjunction with our inventory updates, to ensure that you have plenty of livestock to order from if looking to use your credit immediately.

As always, the closer you are to an inventory update when ordering, the more likely that everything you ordered will be in stock!
