  • Your anxiety is still at a manageable Level. Now is the best time to use your coping strategies before symptoms escalate.

  • Your anxiety is affecting your functioning and well-being. If your current Coping Strategies are not working well enough, it is important that you seek additional resources urgently. Anxiety has the potential to escalate and symptoms should be taken seriously.

  • Your anxiety is still at a manageable Level.

  • You are experiencing panic attacks. This is not within the healthy or functional range of anxiety and should be actively addressed.  Panic symptoms rarely resolve on their own and need a multi-stage intervention; it is vitally important that you get sufficient support immediately.

  • Your mood is currently at a manageable Level.

  • You are experiencing low mood symptoms consistent with a clinical depressive disorder. This is not within the healthy or functional range of mood variation and should be actively addressed.  Depression happens when difficult moods get stuck rather than resolving. Depression is a serious mental disorder that has reduced help-seeking as a symptom. Therefore, if you don't have the resources to get your mood unstuck and lifting consistently, then it is vital that you access additional support. 

  • Your substance use is within the healthy or coping range.

  • Your score indicates that you are using substances to cope with stress or emotional difficulties. Using any substance for this function, including alcohol and tobacco, has only very limited effectiveness; but is more likely to make your situation or mood significantly worse as well as make you vulnerable to developing an addiction. 

  • You are not experiencing dissociative states.

  • You are experiencing significant dissociation symptoms. There is no level of healthy or functional dissociation and, therefore, should be actively addressed.  Dissociation symptoms can be temporary, but if they persist over a few days, you should immediately access specialist support.
