Programme Description :
The Grand Diplôme® with Internship Pathway and Culinary Management is a comprehensive and career-oriented training programme for working in cuisine and pastry. This programme enables students to develop their cuisine and pastry style in the culinary world.
During the programme, students learn all culinary techniques, managerial know-how and the necessary skills for creating a business concept. Students create and develop their concepts, and their menus for a restaurant or other type of business of their choice, and learn how to manage kitchen and culinary business administration.
The programme is taught in French and consecutively translated into English during demonstrations and theory classes.
This Diploma combines three levels of the Diplôme de Cuisine and the Diplôme de Pâtisserie: Basic, Intermediate and Superior including 3 months of practice.
It is followed by the 3-month Culinary Management programme and a compulsory 6-month professional internship.
The total duration of this programme is 21 months including the compulsory professional internship in Paris.
From January 4th 2024 to September 30th 2025.

- Prerequisite: minimum high school graduates.
- Passport Copy.
- Highest Diploma Copy
- CV + Letter of motivation explaining the professional project.
- Proof of English level (Diploma taught in English / TOEIC / TOEFL...) / Notions of French is a +.
- No previous professional experience is required.
Timeline
- October, 27th: Opening of the Call for Applications
- November, 16th: Closing of the Call for Applications
- November, 20th to 21st: Individual Interviews with Cordon Bleu Admissions Jury.
- November, 24th: Announcement of the final selection of Saudi Applicants.
- November, 27th: Final confirmation from the student selected (signature of the student contract)
- January, 4th: Orientation Day at Cordon Bleu Paris
- January, 5th: Beginning of the Programme
- September 30th 2025: End of the Programme
The Scholarship only and strictly covers Tuitions Fees / Visa / Flight tickets (one round trip). Other expenses are under the students' responsibility (or any additional sponsor).

Founded in Paris in 2019, Generation 2030 is a French-Saudi association that connects young French and Saudi talents and supports all their initiatives to create bridges between the two cultures. It is working both with French and Saudi partners to support projects, especially in the field of training and entrepreneurship.
Generation 2030 develops several training programmes:
- a 21-month Culinary Arts scholarship programme at Le Cordon Bleu for 10 students;
- a 9-month 3D Animation Scholarship programme developped with MBC Academy and Gobelins Paris for 15 students;
- two 9-month programmes in Film Making and Acting developed with MBC Academy and ESRA School for 30 students;
- a 8-day Design Summer School, devellopped with CY Ecole de Design and the Saudi Design Commission for 15 students.
The Culinary Arts Scholarship programme is the first educational programme opened by Generation 2030. There are currently 10 Saudi students studying in Paris, from Batches 1, 2 and 3.
