University staff will handle complaints with an appropriate level of confidentiality, and release information only to those who need it for the purposes of investigating or responding to it. It may be necessary to share details of complaints about students or members of staff with them, so that they can respond to any allegations made. if it is necessary to share details of your complaint this will be discussed with you.
If you want to submit a complaint at Stage 2, you must complete all of the sections in this form. Please provide as much detail as possible. The University will normally only accept a Stage 2 complaint when an informal resolution was attempted, but you remain dissatisfied; or the issues raised are complex or a more detailed investigation is required.
