Divine Destiny Travel Charter Bus Survey

Greetings!

We at Divine Destiny Travel, LLC are excited about the upcoming 2023 Weapons of Power/Back to the Future Conference with Dr. Juanita Bynum! Over 20 years ago, we chartered buses to the Weapons of Power Conference in St Louis, MO and are excited to announce that we will be chartering buses again to this year's conference in Atlanta, GA! The conference will be held Wed, Aug 16th - Sat, Aug 19th.

Our charter bus services will include round-trip transportation from various major cities to Atlanta, GA, as well as round-trip shuttle transportation from the conference hotels to the venue. To provide both of these services, we need to obtain a headcount of the number of people who need the services. To obtain this information, we have put together this survey.

If you are interested in any of these transportation services, please complete the survey below. The results will not only help us determine the number of people who need the services, but will also help us determine the number of buses needed for each service, the costs, and all major cities that need charter bus services.

CHARTER BUS TO ATLANTA, GA
For the conference, we plan to charter 55 passenger motor coaches. Depending on the distance from various major cities to Atlanta or if special arrangements are made, the buses will depart on Tues, Aug 15th or the morning of Wed, Aug 16th. All buses will return on Sat, Aug 19th after the conference has ended. Specific departure & return times will be provided prior to the conference.

To charter a bus, a minimum of 35 people is recommended. For individual travelers, families, smaller groups and others (in the same city) who prefer "shared" transportation and not a "private bus", please complete the survey questions below for the shared charter bus. Based on the results of the survey, if recommended minimums are met in the major city you live in or live near, we will provide charter bus services from your city. Updates on all confirmed charter bus locations will be provided once all feedback from the survey has been reviewed.

Round-trip shuttle services will be provided from WOP Hotels (only) to the venue for ALL services. To determine how many buses are needed for each hotel, as well as the shuttle rates for each person, please answer the survey questions below.
