    Our fast growing company is in immediate need of a full-time manager. In addition to store management, responsibilities will include managing, maintaining and growing business opportunities. Must have a strong background in retail management.

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively manage business with ownership mentality with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction
    • Control day-to-day operations
    • Hire, Train, schedule, motivate and supervise staff
    • Manage deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
    • Maintain showroom and displays
    • Perform daily inventory and ordering
    • Monitor website changes and customer emails
    • Ensure quality and correctness of all orders
    • Ensure maintenance of delivery vehicles
    • Drive sales by maintaining current customer base and building and fostering new business

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floral Operations Manager that is motivated to oversee the operations of multiple floral locations.
