Non-Refundable Tickets/Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the conference is cancelled due to weather-related incidents, a government shutdown, acts of God, a pandemic, etc. In this case, all monies paid to date will be refunded, minus a $5.00 per ticket administrative fee.
