    The retail team considers staff availability, current request schedule, community/brand impact and required staff travel time regarding all requests. Not all request will be approved. Event contacts will be notified a minimum of 15 days prior to the event date. In addition, location must have access to working electrical outlets at the event site to process cards and print receipts. We also must have either WIFI access or cellular service to process credit and debit cards.
