Thank you for your interest in the Alpha Phi Alpha Iota Omicron Lambda Chapter Scholarship. Students must submit the following in order to be considered for a scholarship:

1. Official Transcript;
2. Two Letters of Recommendation;
3. One photograph of yourself; and
4. Brief answers (less than 300 words each) to five questions about your activities and
interests.
