This is a two-day event in Neahwa Park Oneonta, NY. You can use 15 James Georgeson Ave, Oneonta, NY 13820, for an address to help find the event. Look for the pond.
There is no overnight security on site. You will need to tear it down and set it back up the next day. We are not responsible for equipment and product being left overnight and during the day.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Vendor vehicles must be moved and parked in designated areas by 4:30 PM on Friday. Vehicles must be moved and parked in designated areas by 3:30 PM on Saturday. No vendor vehicles will be allowed in the vending area during the festival (unless designated by Destination Oneonta)
- Only one representative from each direct sales company will be allowed. This is determined in the order in which applications with payment are received. Duplications are not accepted. If you are part of a Direct Sales company, please state on the application who you are with so we can ensure we do not have duplicates.
- It is required that vendors provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. You will be required to bring adequate weights for your tent(s) to avoid wind damage to your merchandise and that of others. There will be NO staking of any kind will be permitted per Destination Oneonta’s contract with the City of Oneonta’s Parks and Recs Dept. (Anyone found to be in violation of this will be asked to leave immediately)
- A limited number of sites have electricity available. These are available at a fee. These will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- It is suggested that you bring a flashlight/lantern to break down at the end of each evening. (It is dark by 8:30ish) You may use a quiet generator if necessary.
- Destination Oneonta will designate spaces. We will not be taking requests for designated spaces.
- Food vendors must have the Dept. of Health permit displayed and follow all Otsego County & NYS Health Dept. regulations as well as all off-site food serving guidelines.
- Food vendors must give a complete list of foods, beverages, and additional products to be sold to prevent duplication. Destination Oneonta reserves the right to approve/deny menu items.
- ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEAN-UP OF THEIR ASSIGNED SPACE, INCLUDING ANY GARBAGE REMOVAL. We will have garbage cans, But please do not overflow them or leave garbage on the ground.
- All vendors must be open at the start of the festival on Friday and Saturday.
Vendors: Sites are 10 ' x 10 '. Everything must fit within this space, or you will be charged for multiple sites. All vendors using electricity (first come, first serve basis) must supply the necessary amount of extension cords (sites are limited)
Vendors using electricity will be charged a fee of $10 per day. Tents with adequate weights only are permitted. Trailers are not allowed.
Vendors must submit completed forms and payment and be postmarked by August 11, 2023, or they will not be included in the festival.

The undersigned hereby agrees to lease space at Destination Oneonta’s Annual Balloon Festival. Alcoholic beverages, weapons, firearms, unsafe articles, or articles that would offend the moral majority are prohibited from the premises. Rulings on questionable articles from the committee chairs are final. (Please ask if you think your items would fall under this category) there will be no refunds due to inclement weather. You, as a vendor, are responsible for collecting any and all sales tax, if applicable, as well as having any and all valid NYS permits to do business. You, as a vendor, agree to hold neither Destination Oneonta, City of Oneonta, BalloonNY (Mike Ranieri), Neahwa Park, Festival sponsors, staff, and/or volunteers responsible for any damage or loss occurring to person or property during the period of this contract. You, as a vendor, agree to the rules and regulations of this contract and all state, federal, and local laws and agree to abide strictly by them.
