Thank you for your interest in a Field Trip with the Discovery Center! Please complete the form below to submit your request. All requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
The Discovery Center hosts field trips Tuesdays through Fridays, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you need an exception, please add a special note at the bottom of this form.
Average field trips run about two hours. All field trips include 45 minutes of free play in the current exhibit with the option to add one of our add-on programs. Each program is approximately 45 minutes long. Students are put into a group rotation between the exhibit hall and classroom programs.
Group capacity is 90 people per day. Groups over 90 people will be booked for two or more days. Large groups will be booked for the closest consecutive days available at time of booking.
You have one week before the scheduled field trip date to make any changes to the number of participants in the field trip. After this deadline has passed, the total listed on the invoice is expected to be paid day of the field trip. Please plan accordingly.

Students: $7 per person
Chaperones/Teachers: $7 per person
Add-On Programming: Additional $5 per student
