Thank you for your interest in starting your hair journey with me. This is a digital consultation so I can learn ALL about your hair and your hair goals prior to your visit. This allows me to be as prepared as I can be for your service. My goal is to make sure your hair stays happy and healthy during our session and until your next visit. *For all color services, please come with clean, dry hair. Color takes best on clean hair with minimal product.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking, a credit card is required in order to reserve an appointment for all clients. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments in Vanessa's schedule, giving her time to offer a cancelled appointment spot to another guest. You can cancel or rebook any scheduled appointment up to 48 hours before your booked appointment, no charges will be made. Anytime within the 48 hour period to your appointment you will be charged 50% total of the booked appointment price. Day of cancellation or no shows will be charged the full service price.
