2025 Pool Rental Application
- Reservations must be made by a person 18 years or older.
- Payment must be made two weeks prior to the event.
- There must be adult supervision at all private party rentals.
- All guests shall abide by G.W.R.A rules and regulations.
- Renters are responsible for the actions of their guests, and any damage they cause to the facility during the rental time.
- Cancelations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.
- The cost for members is $150.00 for a 2 hour event, up to 25 swimmers.
- Non-member rate is $200.00 for a 2 hour event, up to 25 swimmers.
- Any event that has 26-50 swimmers will require an additional $50 prior to the event for an addtional lifeguard.
- Events may be held Sunday-Saturday. Two time slots are available, 10-12 pm and 8-10 pm.
