    Please tell us a bit about the purpose of your hire. Clarence City Council has reserved use of this space specifically for activities that contribute to the cultural life of the city, and staff.

  • Please ensure that your sound engineer is aware of the available equipment (as outlined in the Rosny Barn hire brochure). We can help you to source additional equipment with at least 2 weeks notice at an extra charge.

  • Will alcohol be sold as part of your hire activity/ event?*
  • Clarence Arts and Events holds the license for the venue and are happy to discuss how the bar will run and what can be served. Please drop us a line at events@ccc.tas.gov.au and we will call you back to talk it over.

  • ROOM/ SEATING CONFIGURATION

    The Rosny Barn is configurable in a number of different ways depending on the type of event you'd like to hold. If you would like to mix and match (ie some standing room, some cabaret tables etc) please indicate on this form.

  • OPTIONAL EXTRAS

    We offer a range of other services to make your hiring experience smoother.
  • Grazing/ trestle tables: 2m long Trestle tables and white tablecloths can be provided for catering or registration tables. Please note Rosny Barn does not provide plates, platters or cutlery.
  • Wall panels: Options of white or black walls for hanging 2D visual art/ screens/ signage
  • I will require walls configured in the following way. Choose as many options as you'd like.
  • TV monitors. We have a range of sizes of High Resolution LCD monitors available (subject to availability) for the display of digital presentations/ art/ slideshows etc.
