The USAID-supported activity under the cooperative agreement: 7200-AA-18CA-00037 operated by Result for Development (R4D). This activity aims to strengthen the Health Policy and System Research (HPSR) network by developing a regional database in Asia, allowing for future collaboration in a well-functioning HPSR ecosystem.
The institution's information collected from this pilot will be used to build a living electronic database, collating information to assemble the institution's profile that is publicly accessible as an output of this activity.
*Questions have been already carefully reviewed by the internal team to ensure validity and alignment with the aim of the pilot.
For this pilot, four countries (India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Philippines) are prioritized to start the HPSRIs data gathering. Data collection efforts may be scaled up to other countries once the database has been established.
UGM Centre of Health Policy and Management (Indonesia) and ACCESS Health (India) are jointly leading this pilot.

There is minimum risk identified for participating in this activity. At the same time, participating HPSRIs would have a higher opportunity to communicate and collaborate after the publicly-accessible database is online, which could benefit each HPSRI.
Each HPSRI is given a wide opportunity to ask in detail about this activity. If you have concerns anytime about this pilot, kindly connect with pilot's contact person through kadek.hendra.d@ugm.ac.id or aaliyah.khan@accessh.org / oshia.garg@accessh.org .
