I understand it is my responsibility to;
-Keep up with my own inventory. We are all humans and make mistakes so I highly recommend everyone keep a spreadsheet of their inventory.
-Send the last 4 of my IMEI #'s I activated to my manager at the end of the day.
-Post my setup on GroupMe each morning by 10am.
-Post my total #'s at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and a final at 6pm. If my final # is prior to 6pm or after I must still post a final #. (Example: 3@12, 18@final)
-Attend our weekly group conference call. This call is to help everyone on our team. Weekly call is at 8am every Monday and the phone number to call in will be posted on GroupMe each week.
-Provide a schedule to my manager each Sunday with my days I am working and where I will be working. (Or you can post it on GroupMe)
-Market. No one will tell you where to set up, but I highly recommend asking for suggestions, reach out to businesses near you. Most of the time they would love to have you set up.
-Keep up with my taxes. I understand that I will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. Taxes will not be with held from my pay.
-pay for any lost, damaged, or stolen phones. If I have a damaged phone it is my responsibility to return it immediately to my manager. Any inventory not activated or returned within 30 days I will be responsible for.
-choose what contracted employeeI wish to respresent upon Mann Distribution LLC's behalf.
