  • In the interest of proper access control and improved security, it has again become necessary for residents to confirm their correct cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses, in the event that important communication has to take place, including conveying information to residents in case of emergency situations.

  • Rule 15: Registration of Non-Residents - Introduction and Guidelines

  • 15. Registration of non-residents:

    Maximum of 8 (eight) per household plus 4 (four) Domestic. Additional can be added with motivation and Board Approval only but will however be subject to a six-monthly review.

     
    This new rule was adopted and ratified at the AGM on 26 April 2023, Rule 15 governs the registration of non-residents in our Village. The rule states that each household is allowed a maximum of 8 non-residents, in addition to 4 domestic staff members. Any requests for additional non-residents must be accompanied by a motivation and receive approval from the Board. However, it is important to note that all approved additional non-residents will be subject to a six-monthly review.

  • Deactivation of Employees or Non-Residents

    Any non-residents or workers associated with your portfolio who have not accessed the Village in the past 6 months will automatically be disabled
  • Registering of Workers

  • Please note: Failure to register a worker will result in access being denied by security.
    All workers must be registered on the system, may not be collected at the gate, and are required to enter the Village via the turnstile, in accordance with established access protocols.
