Rochester 100, Inc. only charges sales tax in some states, select your shipping state below to continue. Certificates from any other states are not required to placed tax exempt orders. Fill out the form below to submit your sales tax certificate for review. Once approved, your certificate will be added to your account and your account will be marked as exempt for as long as your certificate is valid. We will contact you for a new certificate if your current one expires.
