    Rochester 100®, Inc. only charges sales tax in some states based on where your order is shipped. Fill out the form below to submit your sales tax certificate for review. Once approved, your certificate will be added to your account and your account will be marked as exempt for as long as your certificate is valid. We will contact you for a new certificate if your current one expires.
  • Rochester 100®, Inc. charges sales tax on orders shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

    Certificates from any other states are not required to place tax exempt orders.  You may proceed back to the checkout and complete your order.
