Please complete all fields of this application.  There is a $60 vendor fee that must be paid to be considered a vendor. Kidpreneur vendor fee is $40. Your vendor fee helps us provide school supplies to local families at the event!  Once you have filled out this form and been selected as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice from PayPal. Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full.  Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments. 

This agreement is to verify your participation in the Back to School Bash on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at Lake Eva Park located at 555 Ledwith Avenue
Haines City, Florida 33844.

Each vendor must provider their own 10x10 canopy, table(s) and chair(s).

Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands but must fit within your 10x10 space. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display.

Electric is not provided, if you require electricity for your setup, please provide your own generator. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10x10 area. 

Coastal Party Rentals is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are at the event. In addition, Coastal Party Rentals assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

Vendors may have access to event space beginning at 8am. The event begins at 10am. The event concludes at 2:00pm and vendors have until 3:00pm for break down. Participation in the Back to School Bash is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

Vendors must pay the registration fee of $60 before vending space is reserved. "Kid owned" businesses have a vendor fee of $40. Location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. There are no bad spaces. 

Payment shall be made directly through the invoice sent to you.

Registration fees are non-refundable. The event is rain or shine. In the event this event is canceled by Coastal Party Rentals, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Back to School Bash. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary school supply giveaway. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
