2023 ICUA YOUTH RALLY & SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Idaho Falls Power proudly sponsors the annual ICUA (Idaho Consumer-Owned Utilities Association) Youth Rally and Scholarship Program, which supports and empowers our community's future leaders. The mission of the Youth Rally is to inspire, pique curiosity and help youth develop the leadership qualities they possess. It is a week filled with fun, friends, and learning. Activities also include an obstacle course, dance, talent show, roller skating, volleyball, bowling, swimming at the water park, a tour of the Capitol, and more!
