Terms and conditions for campaigns:

Deliverables
You will be required to supply all creative content including videos, graphics and audio. Our team will work with you to confirm the most effective ad copy for your campaign. To find out what content is required, please click the hyperlink next to the corresponding package. Failure to supply this content in the required specifications by the start date of the campaign may result in your campaign being delayed or canceled.

All creative supplied must be in accordance with the style guidelines for the platform we are advertising on. While we will make our best efforts to advise on best practice for content - should your content not comply with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram or Spotify's advertising policies, you may be required to edit and resubmit the content which may result in a delay or cancelation of your campaign. 

You agree that you will work constructively and in good faith in order to resolve any aspects of the works, or the project to enable the work to be completed. 

As part of the campaign rollout for any campaigns that use Instagram and Facebook advertising, you agree to grant 'advertiser' and/or 'admin' access to the digital marketing agent to carry out the work completed. 

Cancelations and postponements
You may postpone your release date once during the campaign period by issuing notice in writing to marketing@lisbongroupmusic.com . Additional postponements and adjustments to campaign rollout may incur a further processing fee. Canceled campaigns before the proposed start date will receive a 90% refund of the fee paid. Once your campaign has begun, you are not able to cancel it.

Fees
All campaign fees include strategy, ad delivery, account management, campaign monitoring and reporting. All campaign fees include at least 50% of the fee towards ad spend.

Data security
Any data captured as part of our digital marketing campaigns is required to meet GDPR laws. By accepting a campaign, you agree to comply with any GDPR and data privacy requirements.

Indemnities
This is not a playlisting service and while we will make our best efforts to boost your release, there is no guarantee of playlist placements or increased stream count. Your campaign will be conducted by our third-party digital marketing provider.
