New Road Name Request
Please provide a road name ONLY if one or more property owners (or structures) will be accessing the same driveway. In order to become a COUNTY maintained road, the new private road must be brought up to the specs required by the County Highway Department.
The Lawrence County Emergency Communications District Board advises the property owner shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with this change of address or assignment of address. The property owner shall indemnify and hold the Lawrence County Emergency Communications District harmless from any claim (together with the costs and expenses incurred in connection with such claims) for costs or expenses incurred by the property owner in connection with this change of address or assignment of address. The Lawrence County Emergency Communications District Board specifically and unconditionally disclaims any obligations for such costs which are solely and exclusively by the property owner.
