What sources exist for ground support such as local volunteers to help on-site, donated or discounted housing, donated lunches, loaned vehicles, etc? How many local volunteers (non-medical) could you arrange to have available for helping at a clinic each day?*
What facilities are available where the clinic can be held? We generally require large spaces such as stadium/gymnasium type structures to accommodate mass style clinics. It must also have enough space for cars to drop off and pick up animals in an organized line.*
