Documentation Services Only

If you have already sorted your pet's flights and are only in need of documentation services, we are happy to help with this process and ensure all proper documents are received in a timely manner and filed in person at the Hawaii Department of Agriculture, setting your mind at ease that your pet/pets will be eligible to enter the state of Hawaii and be cleared to go home same day. (pets must arrive during entry clerance hours to ensure same day release)

We often have clients who are flying private, in the cabin or as excess baggage. We can accommodate as necessary or we can help your local vet with the proper protocol and documentation as well.

All clients are required to download and use our Island Pet Movers app, found for free in the Apple or Android app stores. These app conversations will not be active until we have a paid contract or a deposit from you.

Our service fees are non refundable for any reason should your pet end up not moving to Hawaii regardless of the reason, covid, job cancellation, change of PCS orders, or pet passing, this is becuase we will have already done our work on your behalf.

The state of Hawaii entry fee would be the only fee that is refundable if a pet does not end up moving to Hawaii.
Documentation Services Includes
- Dedicated Relocation agent to answer all of your questions regarding pet travel to Hawaii
- Admin support to your local vet for proper processing of FAVN, and Health certificates for import to Hawaii
- All documents are sent directly to our office, (you will have to sign the documents yourself as Hawaii does not allow digital signatures)
- Documents are verified by our expert staff, filed in person and a time stamp is sent to you verifying when we paid and filed your approved documents with the state of Hawaii
- If applicable, neighbor island entry permit is processed by us, which includes the cost of the NIIP and the private vet clearance and inspection at arrival.
  - Coordination with our partner vets on all neighbor islands is part of our service, you will not need to do anything in this regard.
The following Services are NOT Included

NOT INCLUDED: (if you need any of these services please sign up for our full service imports)
- Crate verification for either checked baggage or in cabin pet travel
- Airfare
- Coordination with your airline for flights for your pet - we do not verify flight availability or bookings
- Payments to any mainland or foreign vet for any services such as FAVN, flea and tick treatment, rabies or health certificate
- Home pickup or home delivery

Island Pet Movers can arrange quarantine clearance and home delivery on Oahu or transfers to neighbor islands, but this would be inclusive of our full service contracts.

If at any time you decide you want to add these services we can definitely add them for the additional fees. Fees will vary based on crate size, where on island or what neighbor island.

If you already know you'd like us to handle the full import for you please complete our quote for services to Hawaii instead of this document services only contract.

Credit Card Details - DO NOT ENTER if you are not intending to pay for this service at this time. Contracts needing to be refunded will incur a 5% refund fee and refunds are only given for state of Hawaii fees not utilized ($185 per pet for Oahu and $145 per pet for neighbor island). Once the state of Hawaii fees are paid on your behalf, all refunds of those fees will be issued directly from the state of Hawaii not from Island Pet Movers, this is the state policy.

This contract does not include any airfare, airline coordination or home pickup or delivery. You also acknowledge that this contract is a non refundable service contract regardless of if for any reason your pet does not fly to the state of Hawaii.
