    At Hop Harvest & Vine, in partnership with Good Harvest Market, we proudly support our local economy by working with over 180 local Wisconsin farmers and companies. Our strict quality standards ensure all catering offerings are free from GMOs, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and other unwanted additives. We provide a wide range of certified organic and Non-GMO Project Verified products, emphasizing fresh, local, and eco-friendly options to deliver the best natural and organic foods for your event. We are committed to accommodating various dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Our menu is designed to offer clean, whole foods that cater to all guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy delicious and nutritious meals.

    Once you've filled out all of the information and made your selections, hit the submit button at the bottom of the page and you will receive and email confirming your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have correctly spelled your email address, and then try to place your order again.
    • Once your order and deposit is received, someone from the Hop will contact you withn 48 hours.  
    • Your order us not official until you have talked wiht a Hop representative and your order is finalized

  • Deposit - $100

    All orders are required to have a $100 deposit. Once we assess the total we may require additional deposit depending on the total order. You will get credited for your deposit when you pick up and pay for your order.

    All ingredients are organic unless noted. Wraps are fairly large and will typically feed 1 to 1.5 people, so 10 wraps will feed 10-15 people. Select the number and size of the trays desired and the Hop representative will contact you about which specific wraps you desire, including dietary restrictions

    • Rotisserie Chicken Salad- Chicken salad with fresh crisp chopped lettuce and tomatoes. (SF, DF, NF)
    • Curry Chicken Salad- Cashew curry chicken salad with fresh crisp chopped lettuce and tomatoes    (SF, DF) 
    • Ham and Swiss- Natural Boars Head ham, baby Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, chopped lettuce and tomatoes    (SF, DF, NF)
    • Turkey and Cheddar – Natural Boars Head turkey, guacamole, Cedar Grove Cheddar, chopped lettuce and tomato    (SF, DF, NF)
    • House Tuna Salad **- Sustainably caught Tuna salad with crisp chopped lettuce and tomatoes (SF, DF, NF)
    • Veggie Wrap- Fresh roasted veggie mix, balsamic glaze, spring lettuce mix, layered on top of our house famous vegetarian hummus.     (SF, DF, NF,V,VG)

    Each pound of our 4 green salads serves approximately 4-5 people.  The green salads include 8 oz. of house made salad dressing with each order of 3 lbs.   Balsamic, Ranch, Ginger Sesame, Italian and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

    Each gallon is 128 ounces and so there are approximately 12, 10 oz drinks per gallon
