    • Department of Health registration form
    • Food hygiene certificate
    • Food Business Registration Certificate Number

  • All stalls must be ready to start at 5.30pm on the night.

    Food stalls must provide their Food Business Registration Certificate Number. Registration can be completed online through the NT Government website: https://nt.gov.au/industry/hospitality/accommodation-and-food-businesses/register-or-renew-a-food-business

  • Stall Equipment
    The Alice Food Festival can provide 1x trestle table and 2x chairs for use at no cost. A marquee can also be provided for an additional fee of $20.  This will only be provided if you have requested them on your registration form.

    Other infrastructure you may need on the night is the vendor's responsibility to bring.

  • Vendor Electricity Requirements
    Alice Food Festival can supply 10 amp power outlets to stalls that request them. Any electrical items must be tested and tagged prior to the Festival starting (Alice Food Festival will not test and tag items).

    Please note: General lighting will be provided on the night, however, you may like to consider additional lighting for your individual stall. Consider whether this might be battery or solar power

  • Testing and Tagging
    It is a requirement that all electrical equipment and lighting, leads, power boards, etc., to be used at the Alice Food Festival are validly tested and tagged otherwise you will be unable to use the equipment on the night.
    Several businesses in town can assist with testing and tagging, as well as any electrical contractor. This requirement will be strictly enforced. The Alice Food Festival organisers will not test and tag any external equipment.

    Stall Gas Requirements
    Any stall holders using gas equipment must comply with the NT Worksafe bulletin which can be found attached at: https://worksafe.nt.gov.au/forms-and-resources/guides/electrical-equipment-and-gas-installations-at-markets,-shows-and-sporting-events.

    PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT ON HAND.

    Additional Requirements
    Stall holders are required to supply any additional tables required, and must supply table coverings, floor coverings, hand washing paraphernalia, rubbish bins, etc., required to comply with the Food Safety Standards of the NT which can be found: https://nt.gov.au/industry/hospitality/food-safety-and-regulations

    Food Safety Information
    It is a prerequisite that all owners of food businesses are responsible for making sure that people who handle food or food contact surfaces in their business, and the people who supervise this work, have the skills and knowledge they need to handle food safely.   • Payment for stall
    Please contact aff@stphilips.nt.edu.au if you are a not-for-profit or community organisations who wishes to participate.

    An invoice can be issued by St Philip’s College or vendors can contact the St Philip’s College Reception to pay by cash or credit card. Payment must be received by Friday 5 May.

    Please note: your stall will not be assigned until stall fees & corresponding documentation has been received. card.
