Please let us know if you have allergies, epilepsy, diabetes, heart issues or other health issues.. E.g You have mobility issues so can't sit in certain positions, allergies to latex, prone to fainting etc.
Terms and conditions
I am aware that, after deciding an appointment date, I will be asked to pay a non refundable booking fee of 50-100€. I am aware that I will lose the booking fee if I cancel within 72 hours of the tattoo appointment, don’t attend the tattoo appointment or move the tattoo appointment date more than 3 times.
The booking fee is to cover admin and drawing costs. It will come off of the final price of the tattoo, or if you book more than one session, it will come off of the final session. For instance if your tattoo costs €500 and you paid a €100 booking fee, you will pay €400 on the day of your tattoo. You can move your appointment up to 3 times as long as you give more than 72 hours notice, Due to the admin involved and needing to find someone to fill the space more than 3 times, a new booking fee will be required should you change the appointment a 4th time.
We will only use the data that you have given to us to help the tattoo booking process. We do not share or sell your information with any third party. Only staff and guest artists at RevonTattoo will see your information, you may be contacted by the artist themselves or the studio. We will keep your information for up to 1 year (unless you have a continuing tattoo that lasts longer than a year to complete.) We will not contact you for any other reason than those regarding the tattoo unless you request otherwise.
