Parent and Student Consent Form
To allow our students to socialize and spend quality time with each other, we will host a special event on Saturday, May 18th, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm in shaa Allah.
This is a formal dinner for students in grades 8-12, AHS and Hifzh alumni, and you will be allowed to bring one other guest in the same age group. Students will be allowed to dress up but must adhere to the following guidelines. If anyone’s dress does not comply with the guidelines, they will be asked to leave or to wear an abaya/jilbab over their dress. This is not a mandatory event; however, we hope to see all of our students attend this special event in shaa Allah.
Guidelines:
- Awra must be covered
- Long dress
- No backless clothing
- No cleavage
- No thigh slits
- No strapless or spaghetti straps
- No cutout clothing
- No tight/form-fitting pants/dresses
- Must maintain modesty at all times.
- No cameras, cell phones, smartphones, iPads, etc., allowed
- Students are expected to adhere to the Al-Huda School behavior guidelines and expectations as stated in the handbook.
You are allowed to bring a guest who is in 8th-12th grade. However, the guest must also have consent from their parents and sign this form.
Parents must pick up their daughters by 9:15 pm. After the event, the school will not be responsible for your daughter(s).
