NOTE:  Dollar volume entries are based on the honor system, however, the Hallmark Awards Committee reserves the right to request and verify dollar volumes submitted by requiring a list of transactions included in dollar volume calculations.

Rules & Calculations Methodology

CFCAR | CFCREA
2024 Hallmark Awards

 

1. Download the CFCAR | CFCREA 2024 HALLMARK Awards Transaction Summary Sheet at https://cfcar.net/2024-Hallmark-Awards-Transaction-Summary-Sheet.
2. Enter your information only in the green shaded areas, everything else will calculate  automatically.
   
3. Under the column labeled Address of Property, please enter the street address of the property. Please enter only those transactions in which you personally participated in and received a commission.
4. Under the column labeled Verify Contact, please enter your broker or an office administrator whom, upon being called, is able to verify any or all transactions entered and verify your level of participation.
5. For every transaction you were involved in, please enter the total sales price of the entire transaction in the column labeled Gross Sale/Lease. Please note, however, that you will only receive credit for your portion of the transaction, which will be automatically calculated in the column labeled Hallmark Credit. Lease Volume is the Gross Lease amount for the initial term only. If lease allows for commission in the future upon renewal, that volume can only be counted upon execution and payment of commission in the year it occurs. If lease option to purchase, only the sales amount in the year it occurs can be included.
6. Hallmark Credit. In the column marked Applicant % (of Transaction), please enter your percentage (%) of involvement. Example: If you represented both sides of a sale or lease, your percentage is 100% and you would enter "100" in the Applicant % column. If you only represented one side of the transaction, either the listing or selling side, your percentage would be 50%, and if you partnered with another salesperson/broker on one side of a transaction, your portion would be 25%. Once you have entered the Total Gross Sale/Lease value and your Applicant %, the Hallmark Credit will automatically be calculated. Please enter that amount in the column under the corresponding category on the application.
7. Deal Count is automatically calculated for you.
8. The TOTAL for each category will be automatically calculated for you. Please enter the totals on the application.
9. The APPLICANT's and the APPLICANT'S BROKER's signatures are required for application submittal.
10. Circle of Achievement Award: All applicants whose Hallmark Credit Volume exceeds $3,000,000 will receive a Circle of Achievement Award.
11. ALL ENTRIES ARE CONFIDENTIAL. Please complete, sign, include payment and submit the application by by Monday, July 8th, 2024 at MIDNIGHT to be considered for a CFCAR | CFCREA 2024 HALLMARK Award. Awards are for business completed in 2023.
