Appointments will be accepted on a first come first served basis! Please keep an eye on your email (check spam too) after you fill out this out, I should respond within 24 hours. This form will be left open longer as a waitlist in case anyone cancels last minute. Please read all info below!

• All of my tattoos are handpoked and appointments with this particular flash will take anywhere from 1-2 hours.

• I will only be tattooing from the flash sheet below

• You must be 18+ in order to make an appointment

• You must bring your photo ID to your appointment

• Appointments for this event require a $50 non-refundable Venmo deposit that will towards the total cost of the tattoo. (I will include my venmo once I send you a confirmation email).

• Tattoos for this event will be tattooed true to the size of the original drawings (this will range from 1-2 inches). All flash on this sheet is repeatable, so you can pick day of!

• The total cost of this flash will range from $150-175 per tattoo. The price will depend on time & complexity, if you have questions about specific drawings please let me know:*)

• I will only be tattooing arms & legs for this event

•Black ink only

• Cash only

• Please be on time! If you are running late please let me know because I will have back to back appointments
