Junior Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 years of age.

Junior members cannot vote or hold office and do not count in the determination of a quorum.

We do however, highly encourage Associate Members to participate in all discussions.
Junior Members may apply for "Full Membership" after a 6-month introductory period, and have to turned 18 years of age.
