2023 Spring Dodgeball Tournament Registration Form

Tournament for all current WBGC Members grades 3-5.
This Dodgeball tournament is open to 2022-2023 Club members only in grades 3-5.

WHEN: Tuesay, April 11th. Teams should be ready to play by 12:45pm. The tourney is 1:00pm-3:00pm but will end at different times for each team depending on each team’s record and the number of teams entered.

FEE: $23 per player. (Fee includes t-shirt and two slices of pizza for each team member).

TEAMS: Teams can enter with 5-7 members but only 5 will play in each match. Divisions and tournament format will be determined by the number of teams entered in the tourney.

FORMAT: To be decided by Club staff before the tourney begins based on enrolment. All teams will play at least two games.

SIGN-UPS: Fill out information below and submit PRIOR to April 10th. Registration may end sooner if program fills up. All players must be 2022-23 members and pay $23 individual dodgeball participant fee by April 10th.

UNIFORMS: Each team will receive tournament shirt that must be worn.

All teams should be at Southport Clubhouse by 12:00pm ready to play.

Absolutely no coaches or spectators are permitted to watch the games.
