Volunteer Duties & Shifts
THURSDAY (4/27) - help prep food boxes to give away to families at the fair at Family Promise's office! (245 N Kukui St. #101).
Set Up Volunteers: assist in setting up tables, banners, and other items for fair. *May require you to lift over 25lb.
Breakdown Volunteers: assist in breaking down tables, banners, and other items for fair. *May require you to lift over 25lb.
Parking Lot Attendant: advise public no parking, open & close gate as necessary, direct assigned vehicles to their spot.
Traffic & Safety Coordination: assist families safely across the street and direct them to the fair.
Registration Table: assist families to register or check-in for the event and pass out information. 11am shift will help set up. 1:30pm shift will help break down. Covered and option to be seated.
Greeting Table: greet families and direct them to the registration table. 11am shift will help set up. 1:30pm shift will help break down.
Greeting - Floaters: help greet and direct families to the registration tables.
Activities: covered & Seated. 2 volunteers per tables. Supplies included. 11am shift to help set up, 1:30pm shift to help break down at the end. 1) Temporary Tattoo Artist 2) Face Painting 3) Coin Drop
Which activity to do you prefer? Not guaranteed you'll get it but, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Inflatable Game Attendants: ensure keiki are having fun safely and reset game after every turn. 11am shift to help set up, 1:30pm shift to help break down at the end.
