If you are Cancelling your membership after the 1st of the month. It will not be processed until the following month.
We do not do refunds after the 1st of the Month. If you have already been charged for the month you will have access to the gym until the end of the month.
For memberships that have shared members attached: Canceling the master account will also cancel the shared accounts.
Si estas cancellando tu membresia despues del primero del mes, No se procesaria hasta el din del mes.
No hacemos reembolsos despues del primero del mes. Si ya te combramos por el mes tendras accesso al gimnasio hasta el final del mes.
Para membresías que tienen miembros compartidos adjuntos: cancelar la cuenta maestra también cancelará las cuentas compartidas.

Picking a Cancelation Date:

If you are on a monthly membership with autopay you will have access to the gym until the end of the month you're canceling regardless of what day you pick.
You will not be refunded for any unused time.
