[ATTENDANCE] All our summer programs are taught in a SMALL group environment with a low coach-to-students ratio (1-6) in order to ensure the best learning experience. Our writing grogram staff are experts in what they teach and will pay close attention to all of the students, and all classes during our camp session are MANDATORY to attend, and no refund will be available for a missed class. If class absence will be unavoidable, please let us know, and we will provide relevant self-study materials, makeup, or video record of the day(s) if applicable.

[IN-PERSON] I as a parent or guardian of my child ("student") agree that my child ("student") will attend in-person sessions at Honor Academy's physical location, and I will make sure my child ("student") is in good health before each class session. I agree that Honor Academy may not allow my child ("student") on the premises if they have a fever or a persistent cough. It is in my absolute understanding that Honor Academy will not be held liable if my child ("student") contracts COVID-19 or gets sick after their class session. I agree that Honor Academy and its employees may require my child ("student") to wear a mask during the entire time they are at Honor Academy's physical location if necessary.

[CANCELLATION] If a student is unable to attend their enrolled session(s), the parent must notify us at least one month in advance, or as soon as possible. At that time, we will assess whether we can move the student to another session or issue a credit for the 2027 camp.Last-minute notifications, such as those received one or a few days before the start of the session, cannot be honored, as we must prepare each camp session in advance based on enrolled students.Please note that a 2027 camp credit will only be issued for FULL REGULAR PAYMENT ($830). If you choose to pay only the $130 deposit (processing fee per person), it is non-refundable and will not be credited.

[Sibling Discount Policy] The second child receives 10% off the regular price while the first child pays the full pricing. The sibling discount cannot be combined with the Early Bird discount. Both siblings must be enrolled in the Summer Camp to qualify. How to Apply: Please write “siblings” and include both children’s names in the space provided. If you submit full payment at checkout, we will issue a partial refund of $83 for the second child after enrollment is confirmed.
